The 'Stable One
Well yesterday was fun, but really busy. This job is great, feeling revitalised from a career perspective. But pretty flat from a personal perspective.
Listening to new cut copy on the tram. It's excellent. What other 2011 albums should I have. I've downloaded PJ Harvey, James Blake and .....and you will know us by the trail of the dead, but haven't listened to them yet. Will report back. When the hell is Lupe coming out?
Y, what's happened thus far in the cricket world cup? It's on too late here...

A: Yes, Cut Copy is an excellent album. Need You Now was my first 5 star song for the year (followed by Skrillex's Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites - which is actually 2010 so doesn’t really count). Don't forget to give Smith Westerns' new album a few listens also. I think lupez is out in 2 weeks time. Don't give up on James Blake after one listen - it takes some getting used to. And finally, chin up buddy - I think we've all been feeling flat last 24 hours, I'll have to ask my mum about what's in the stars (and then wander off as she begins to explain)
Y: Chin up also. As I mentioned last night - douchebag's actions are a blessing in disguise. Hopefully now you can move on.

I'm in Albany to sort out some staff grievances and bullying issues. Fml. Totes not invited to movie night only because I'm not in perth E- that was organised before this! I was meant to be doing Albany during A's last week but he cracked the shits so I changed my flights ;)

How do you plan to sort out this bullying problem? I'd suggest a hard-handed, physical approach to this matter. From my studies in psychology, I've learned that bullies are responsive to physical brutality. Perhaps doing some hard time in A's transport container?


The Kind One
A: I'm as flat as a pancake, but a man did stop me in my grumpy way into work and said, "I hope you don't mind me saying but you are very beautiful". That was nice. I hope some stranger brightens your day.
E: Good luck with salad making, would you like me to send you the yummy Chinese chicken salad. It has a million ingredients but it the most delish thing I have ever had. Why does everyone make fun of me? You guys are mean and I am fragile.
C: Hope you made your flight. Let's keep in mind that I only missed ONE flight and I was checked in 35 minutes BEFORE departure, they were just arseholes. Good luck in Albany, they wanted to crucify me when I was down there.
All: Sean is a shit head and I hate him. I just cannot believe he has done this AGAIN. I know that I keep letting him come back and I am partially to blame but he is a complete shit for coming back in and making these grand statements, just to put me in the bin again. This is horrible, seriously. I hope I am not back at the beginning. The problem is, I had a foursome that pushed me through all this BS before, now I have a threesome.

The 'Stable' One
Y: you are entirely to blame, make sure you don't be the blame again. And next time, when your friends say you're being retarded and try and give you advice, perhaps consider that they have your best interests at heart. This should've been sorted months ago, and hear we are again. I don't mind being blunt, because if this whole mess has taught me nothing else, it's that you don't listen to a f*cling thing I say. I swear to god I will yell at you so loud if I hear you've so much as thought about calling/testing him. I will not be kind.

E: salad? Boo. And you we're totes 2nd choice to this movie thing. Also, before you accept yas' Spicey chicken salad, remember it contains no chicken at all.

C: youre going to Albany without telling me! Eff you. And your stupid foursome. :P

All: finally on lunch, this job is soooo full on. But I really like it. I was too scared to go back to that Korean restaurant. So I'm in a sushi bar that's playing Chris de Burgh. FML.

I've usually found the best way to deal with bullies is to send them to Albany.

Day Seven

This morning I missed my tram stop because I was busy emailing C. And ended up in the city. This in inconvenient for a number of reasons, not least because im on my own in ICU today. My weeks training got cut off after one day due to my being deemed already competent. It's also very cold.

Other points of note,

some colleagues think I'm gay due to my snazzy new suit and, no doubt, my pointy shoes.

Ward rounds go for 5 hours here, rather than 20 min.

I'm still homeless, and still haven't smoked since Laneway.

Day Five

Yay to yas for finally being rid of those f*cktards she was having to endure. Evil souls. They will have miserable lives.

Day Four

Bus was late. Missed tram connection, now I'm going to be late, and that's hardly my fault.

Got stuck in rainstorm on my way home last night, was like a drowned monkey when I finally got home.

Screw this place :(

Day One

Good moursome foursome,

Today I got the tram to work. It was very busy and I didn't like it. I did listen to the entire trainwreck summer playlist though, and composed C an email, which kept me busy.
Then, seeing as I got to work 20 min early I had a very nice coffee. It's much cheaper here. $3 for a large at a cafe. You should all move here for that reason alone.
I then spent all morning being trained in a system I've used for 3 years by someone much dumber than me who's used it for 12 months. She's now well trained in how to use this system.
I'm now having lunch in a Korean restaurant and emailing my clan who I miss dearly. Even though they don't email me much. There are a million little restaurants around here, the price war is tremendous. Beats the expense and monotony of Hampton Rd hands down.
My container arrives today, and I'm looking at apartments too. It's sunny here, I wish I was too :(
